Transunion refuses to do what is fair and equitable under the law. TransUnion is not aiding me in removing fraudulent items on my credit report. I have sent TransUnion all necessary documentation for them to block and remove the information from my credit report and TransUnion has been negligent. The fraudulent items on my credit report are Dept of Treasury. and Inquiries of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX My request to block is NOT made in error. My request to block information is NOT based on a material misrepresentation. My request to block is NOT of a knowingly obtained or should have known that you obtained possession of goods, services, or moneys as a result of one or more of the transactions that I am seeking to block. TransUnion continues ignore federal law and instead rely on it's internal policy. Transunion believes it's company policy supersedes federal and it does not. Transunion is required to block this fraudulent information from my consumer file and the company has consistently failed to do so. Transunion is enabling identity fraud.
