Collection Bureau of America has been attempting to collect debt I do not owe. I have attempted to get information from them and they sent me statements that are not mine. There has no proof with a written, signed contract that I owe this debt. They are claiming that I owe them a debt when I have no signed contract with them. This is in violation to my right to privacy, which Collection Bureau Of America has violated 15 U.S.C 1681. Also furnishing information to Credit Reporting Agencies without my written permission-15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions and 15 U.S.C 1681s-2. ( A ) ( 1 ) A Person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate 15 USC 6802-Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information- I have never done business or owe debt to Collection Bureau of America and claiming that I owe debt 15 U.S. Code Subchapter V - DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES.
