I sent in a billing error in accordance with title 12 CFR 1026.13b for 3 credit cards in the amounts of XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023 And requested that the credit balance be sent credited to my account or refunded to be in accordance to title 12 CFR 1026.11 Navy federal keeps telling me there is no credit balance and I must pay and they will keep adding on interest even though there should be no adverse action
