As XX/XX/XXXX I've called and spoke with customer service about a fraud that put on my account by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX Account # XXXX this company stated the account was open in XX/XX/XXXX I have told the agent was a victim in of fraud in XXXX as well and I assured they would ask for documentation of proof and today I received and email stating it's Verified as accurate.I request XXXX to provide Proof of certified documentation of accuracy of this update to my credit file. This collection company is not licensed in my state nor did this company send my a letter of dispute by mail. I request proof of signature and proof what address when this account was opened.
