I applied to my Mortgage XXXX, New Day USA, to refinance my Mortgage, pay off some debts, with a cash-out of approximately, {$24000.00} to add a basement toilet and repair some plumbing. This personalized financial plan proposed by New Day USA, would have reduced my monthly Mortgage by {$540.00} and yearly by, {$6400.00}. I agreed and signed all the disclosures to move forward. The last step was the XXXX of our home at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Pa. The XXXX was, XXXX XXXX Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fed. I.D . # : XXXX I recognized XXXX as the same XXXX that appraised the home when we purchased the home. XXXX XXXX was rude, unprofessional with no politeness. He took photos. I asked him to photograph the large amount of property attached to our home. He replied sarcastically, " do you want to be in the photo also? '' He swiftly ignored the amazing work we had done, removing and refinishing the floors, which were stapled with carpet XXXX XXXX XXXX. Without addressing this description further, I am sending you a copy of XXXX XXXX 's, " so-called '' XXXX. The XXXX is Sloppy, XXXX & White Photo copies, fuzzy and unrecognizable as the home I live in. A professional XXXX company can not seem to afford to give XXXX, clear photographic description of my home, which is used to base an important decision on the financial future of a 100 % Service Connected Veteran and family. This XXXX is " ludicrous '' and insulting. After being denied a Cash Out by New Day USA, which they based the denial on the XXXX 's " old school '' XXXX appraisal antics, I asked my Mortgage company for a different XXXX. I was declined and told to wait another 6 months. While New Day Mortgage determined that I didn't have sufficient " Equity '' to approval the proposal which they had given me, New Day never considered that I am a 100 % Serviced Connected XXXX Veteran and I pay XXXX Taxes on my property. That fact should should bear more positively on such an important financial decision, than this disgusting, sloppy, XXXX and White non-professional, old school XXXX XXXX. I am prepared to send you XXXX photos of my home and property and you determine yourself how deceptive this so-called XXXX is and possibly fraudulent.
