Hello sir my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX i applied for XXXX XXXX credit card on XXXX XXXX they opened it but XXXX not say that its activation charge are XXXX that not a major problem on XXXX XXXX i made a payment on XXXX that got failed but amt charged in credit card did not reversed till now also when i using my card they unfortunately blocked my card when i contact them they says you have called and request for card blocking and this will not unblocked you have to replace your card with charge XXXX also that is not a major problem. I have made advance payment of XXXX rupees in advance and i closed my credit card on XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX and i mailed them from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX but till now they have not transferred my advance payment in my bank account. Such a worst experienced i faced from them.
