To whom this may concern, Per my previous statement XXXX XXXX XXXX swiftly resolved the fraudulent bank account. I did not feel obligated to complete a police report. I stated the fraudulent account forced me to look into my credit report. My complaint against your company is based on your failure notify me regarding this alleged debt and your failure to validate it. After my complaint with the CFPB. I received a letter from your company stating the current creditor and the original creditor is the same. This statement is misrepresentation. Per the paperwork you provided, the alleged debt is owed to progressive the company attempting to collect this debt is credit collection services. I requested original documentation that has my ink signature which proves this debt belongs to me, and proof that I entered an agreement with credit collection services. You failed to provide that. The documentation you provided is a copy of an email that states a balance is owed to progressive, not to credit collection services. Nor did you provide any original documents with my signature. Please provide original documentation that includes a signed agreement between me and Credit Collection services. It is unfair that your company has a negative item on my credit report and you continuously fail to validate it. If you are unable to provide this documentation please delete this inaccurate collection from all three credit bureaus
