See attached!! The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, last verified inaccurate and date last reported is not accurate. Some accounts are showing open and some are showing closed status.The account is in charge off status but still showing a balance this is a tax fraud because this alleged debt has been written off on the companies profit/loss statement and I have not received a form XXXX and are trying to collect on an alleged debt twice. This is grounds for removal they also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. According FCRA guidelines information furnished on consumer reports have to be 100 % accurate across on all 3 credit reporting agencies or the account has to be removed from my consumer report as this constitutes fraud
