For a little over a year now, we have been actively challenging the credit bureaus to investigate inaccurate information listed in my credit report. We have asked for methods of verification, proof of signed documents that ties me to the Public record in question as well as the negative accounts associated with the public record. Transunion has always sent the same response that the public record is reporting accurately. Well, this is false. My records show that the public record was last updated on XX/XX/2019. Transunion, you have stated for months that the public record/bankruptcy was last updated on XX/XX/2019. This is inaccurate and the proof will be attached. Asking for immediate removal of this public record as it is not reporting accurately as it should be. If you have the original information in hand then you would know when the case last updated. But you dont, therefore, its inaccurate. Also, TransUnion you were sent a copy of my drivers licenses and a utility bill for purposes of identification. You have continue to send the updated credit reports with the name XXXX XXXX. Who is XXXX XXXX? I feel that I am a victim of a merged or mixed file and I DEMAND immediate removal of the public record and the negative accounts listed on my credit report as they are unverified. Based on YOUR credit reports, you are telling me that those accounts and the public record belong to XXXX XXXX and not XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been denied credit, housing and have been humiliated because of you. When someone pulls my Transunion reports they see a totally different person than the actual person applying. Therefore, they have denied me for credit, housing, etc because of the mixed or merged file you are falsely showing. I have kept all correspondence, credit disputes in a file and am prepared to show a judge and a jury this egregious mistake you have made. I will not be able to move forward in life until this mistake is fixed. I demand the following : 1. Immediate deletion of the public record ( XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX # XXXX 2. Immediate deletion of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, and the removal of the merged or mixed file containing XXXX XXXX. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, not XXXX XXXX.
