I opened a Credit card on XX/XX/2013, the company name is Discovery Bank they failed to comply with Consumer Laws and has the account shown as a Charge -off which charge off is a canceled debt so it shouldn't be on my credit profile did not send me a 1099c form. I sent them a charge-off letter all they sent me is the receipt it is also outdated which makes it inaccurate information.
