Hi, In XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX of XXXX, and XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX of XXXX, I took advantage of two months of forbearance provided by DIscover student loans and XXXX XXXX. These payments have been marked as late or missing payments and have significantly impacted my credit and credit history. I would like to have these late payments removed from my credit report. Secondly, I have 2 loans with discover student loans and 1 loan with XXXX XXXX with interest rates between 10 and 12 percent. Because of the hit on my credit from the forbearance mentioned above, I have not been able to refinance and consolidate these loans for a better interest payment. I am writing to see what options are available for consolidation and reduction of my monthly payments and interest rates. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
