I have questions about the Wells Fargo lawsuit. What about mortgage loan borrowers that where wrongful denied loan modifications that would have otherwise prevented foreclosure? My house wasnt foreclosed only because I filed bankruptcy to save my house. I was a single parent and had no choose, I needed to keep a roof over my kids head. Over the years I have learned that I am not the only person who had a mortgage loan with Wells Fargo that was also denied a loan modification and chose bankruptcy to save their home.
