Complaint # XXXX I XXXX XXXX have disputed this charge with the Merchant ( XXXX XXXX ) yet My credit card company has not assisted me in being restored/ made whole. I have repeateadly informed the merchant that the furniture I ordered was supposed to be grey and it arrived beige/taupe. The merchant challenged my vision and intelligence by say that the color is grey. I posted on social media and everyone with vision agreed that the color wasnt grey. I sent pictures to the vendor and to Capital One yet my credit card company stated pictures were not enough evidence that the color was incorrect! How do we as humans realize the difference in color if not by vision. Im overwhelmed with the total disregard for my satisfaction as a consumer. Per the demand of Capital One I went to 2 furniture stores to request a letter regarding the furniture both stores responded in summary they had no vested interest in writing a letter anyone can see that the color isnt grey and I didnt make the purchase at their store. I sent emails between me and the merchant that states I ordered grey but thats not enough evidence for Capital One. I purchased this furniture with my Capital One card {$7200.00} with a false sense of security that Capital One would stand behind any and all of my purchases. I have been an Exemplary cardholder yet I feel as if Im being disregarded. Im stuck with beige furniture when I purchased grey carpet, and even had an accent wall painted grey as I waited for my grey furniture to arrive. When will the consumer matter?
