The federal debt collection practices act gives me the right to demand full verification of this debt. If I do not receive verification of this debt within XXXX days I ask that this inaccurate debt be removed from all my credit bureaus immediately. To my knowledge there is no outstanding balance at all with the alleged parties and XXXX and if there is I am requesting proof from the original credit with my signature of this debt in the original amount of {$290.00} in the aforementioned date of XX/XX/2022 and if any of this information is proven to be inaccurate I am requesting immediate removal of the inaccurate data from my credit reports. Lastly, if this is valid debt I would like the original contract of the debt, the creditors contact info, and proof that this agency now owns the alleged debt.
