Update XX/XX/XXXX : Me and my family were wrongfully foreclosed on and wrongfully evicted. Wells Fargo did not resolve my complaint or issue, which they stated they did back on XXXX. I still have documentation to prove my case. I made several payments to my Wells Fargo Home Mortgage account via XXXX Ca Branches, back in XXXX and XXXX that they did not apply my funds to the account. On my statement it states, UNAPPLIED FUNDS. In XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo changed my loan number without my consent. They've been threatening me and my property of default foreclosure and now eviction. Earlier this year they were trying to sell my property in a Public Auction which stated that I initiated the auction. Prior to that I attempted to bring my loan current with the amount they are saying I owe, by going to all three XXXX Ca Wells Fargo Bank branches and make payment. All 3 WFB refused my payment stating the loan number account does not exist. The Bank manager stated I should've been out of my house since XXXX. He pulled up my account somehow and it stated that I only have paid {$1000.00}. When I purchased my home in XXXX I made over 20 % down payment. How can this be? Now currently XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX XXXX XXXX are coming to my home and Evicting me. I hope we can resolve this because I have documentation to prove my case.
