Loan # XXXX The servicers is FCI my mortgage payment is XXXX They are getting the payments on time. now they said I have to pay them XXXX I pay my own insurance and my taxes are only {$120.00} per month {$1500.00} per year, they are not my principal and interest is {$530.00}. If my taxes are only {$120.00}, why are they putting on escrow {$370.00} These people are crooks. This loan was originally with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX loan # XXXX. this was a bad FHA loan from the beginning that XXXX XXXX was never able to sell. Finally on XX/XX/2022 Patriot lending assigned this loan to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, with address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX FL, XXXX they converted this loan from FHA to a conventional loan I guess. I never signed no documents, the terms of my loan was 30 year fixed. I have try several times contacting you regarding this matter, this people at this point are doing whatever they want with my loan, withouth no repercussion from the government agencies. XXXX XXXX is a foreign company transacting mortgage businesses in the state of Florida. They are not registered with HUD, nor FHA. I need you to please help me with my case, this has put a lot of stress on me and my wife. The loan is up to dated, except for this additional moneys they say i have to pay, which are not part of my original mortgage contract.
