I closed my XXXX XXXX credit card on or about XX/XX/XXXX however my account is not completely accurate under the Metro 2 and FCRA mandatory requirements as the account data fields do not report my account as CLOSED BY CONSUMER with the required DATE CLOSED which is XX/XX/XXXX. To wit, my XXXX credit report of XX/XX/XXXX continues to inaccurately report my account as OPEN. XXXXXXXX XXXX and every CRA are NOT Metro 2 Compliant as the CLOSED account status with the date closed was required to be submitted electronically promptly upon closure to every CRA, not piecemeal or never, so that the inconsistency and prohibited Facially False Data was required to be caught by every CRA to assure maximum possible accuracy. Inadequate Internal controls at every CRA and XXXX constitute a violation of the FCRA as set forth in the XX/XX/XXXX advisory of the Director of the CFPB. Delete my account permanently.
