I have a XXXX XXXX card where the funds don't expire where I am trying to figure out the balance. I've contacted the company multiple times about this and requested a response in writing. No of the information has been helpful. The company claims they can not find information regarding the card. Photos of the card are attached. Additionally, the company claims they have confirmed the with their customer service team and I may visit their website, XXXX, to register the card. Once registered, I will be able to review any remaining account balances, as the verified funds no not expire. Any remaining balances can be arranged to be issued to me in the form of a cashier 's check sent to my mailing address. This is an issue with this claim. This card has been registered for months on the website given. If the website would give the balance there wouldn't be a need for me to contact the company. So the statement that they will see the balance there when it is register is simply incorrect and a blatant lie. I've attached a screenshot from my account at that website to show where it will not show any balance. I simply want the money from my card where the funds DO NOT EXPIRE and this company will not grant these to me. This company is stealing money from me. The company is requesting that I CONTACT someone else about this card and claims it is not their card. I believe the company is giving me the runaround to make me jump through hoops to get the money from my card. How many other customers is this company taking advantage of and STEALIN money from. If the company wants to find out the information on the card that has their logo and claims they don't have it, they are free to contact whomever they need to get this information to me. I am contacting the financial company LISTED on the card. I am not going to run around and contact other entities at the demand of a large corporation that is trying to steal money from customers. How many other customers is this company taking advantage of and stealing from by not telling them their balances and giving them their money? The company claims they have exhausted all options to resolve this issue. Pretty convenient for them to exhaust all options when they can just steal the money. I've provided all the information for this issue to be resolved by the company. The company is just not doing anything to resolve the issue and claiming they have done everything. Maybe, just maybe, they don't want to do anything because they can just keep this money from customers if they claim they have done all they can. I will not stop until the company provides the needed information. I will continue to file new complaints until this information is provided. I will file other complaints with the FTC, XXXX and states attorney generals office if I need, if the CFPB doesn't do their job. I'm very stubborn and persistent and can file these complaints weekly until it is found out. Additionally, my next step is to get email address of ALL employees and start emailing them. Apparently, customer service doesn't want to help so I hope that I can find someone via email that would like to resolve the issue. This will get done and this company will be held accountable. Until then, I will play whatever stupid game the company wants to play and go on official record with these agencies and organizations that the company is attempting to steal money from customers.
