On XX/XX/22 there were two wire transactions that were frauduently made on my business savings account with Wells Fargo. One in the amount of {$2000.00} and the other {$23000.00}. The fraud was reported to WF within literal minutes and technically before one of the two transactions was iniated. WF did nothing to secure funds, freeze the account, flag the account, or take any immediate action when this was reported. Due to this the 2nd transaction went thru. A recall was not initated for these funds until more than 24 hours had passed. All the while stating they were going to send a recall immediately and promosing that they would get to work on it immediately. Their neglegance has been brought to their attention yet they refuse to refund the money after their late recalls were unsuccessful. A report with law enforcement agency has been filed but investigation outlook is not promising.
