I have acomplaint about Medicredit, a medical debt collection agency, arising from services rendered at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I visited an XXXX XXXX for XXXX and XXXX tests in XX/XX/2022. At the time of my visit, I provided my insurance information ( XXXX ). I nevertheless received a bill for the full amount owed ( {$780.00} ) as if I were a self-pay ( uninsured client ). I provided my insurance information on multiple occasions, but XXXX continued to send bills. I contacted my insurance company and was informed that XXXX had not submitted a bill they could pay. Beginning in the fall, I began to receive repeated letters and harassing phone calls from Medicredit, a debt collection agency. I informed Medicredit that I have insurance, which they promised to bill. I also followed up with XXXX and was told that the bill would be removed from collections. I have received multiple harassing phone calls from Medicredit since XXXX informed me they would take the bill out of collections. Therefore, I have XXXX complaints : ( XXXX ) Harassing phone calls; and ( XXXX ) This is not my debt -- this debt should be sent to my insurer. Thank you for your assistance.
