Dynamic Recovery Solutions contacted me on XX/XX/XXXX regarding a medical debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX of XXXX in the amount of over {$1400.00}. According to the statute of limitations of in the state of Florida in regards to medical debt, the limit is 5 years to recover the debt. As I informed the agent of the Florida statute of limitations, the agent claimed that this is not correct and there is no statue of limitations on this debt. She then proceeded to explain that I would be taken to court regarding this debt if I am unable to set up a payment plan with her. I advised her that I will not be setting up a payment plan for a debt that was 3 years past the state statute and ended the call.
