Full Dispute Attached! This company continually and intentionally fails to comply ( Acct XXXX ). Responded to initial complaints stating " X amount was charged off XXXX ) I have requested a copy of this companys TENNESSEE COLLECTION SERVICE LICENSE. The Tennessee Collection Service Board licenses and regulates collection agencies ( attached ). Tennessee Collection Service Act 62-20-105 -License requirement ( a ) No person/business shall commence, conduct or operate any collection service business in my state unless the business holds a valid collection service license issued by the board under this chapter-UNLICENSED ACTIVITY. In addition,15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) -I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681b ( a ) 2 -states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a credit report without written consent from the consumer. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) -states that no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing the following items of information ... Any other adverse information, other than records of conviction of crimes which antedates the report by more than 7 years. Ive also requested : XXXX.A complete Audit Trail calculation of this balance, including the complete payment history on account, so I have proof the debt amount is correctXXXXDocumentation that shows I agreed to pay you this debt with signature and which shows I gave you permission to have my information and paperwork showing I gave you authorization to report this to my credit report. No consent to having my information and unauthorized use of my social security number is identity theft and will be reported for such.XXXX.The Agreement that grants you authority to collect on this alleged debt.XXXX.The purchase agreement showing where you purchased my personal information without my consent which is fraud because you are unknown to me I never did business with you XXXXSenior Executive from your office to Swear under penalty of perjury this corporation was present during the alleged debt XXXX.The Original Promissory Note on this Alleged Debt. Multiple FDCPA violations. Sending deceptive forms, false & misleading representations, validation of debts, unfair practices. This will now be investigated by the FTC, CFPB, Tennessee Collection Service Board, and AG. Please, no adverse actions against me, and no reinsertions. I have to proceed with legal action for violations ALREADY committed if this collection is not closed and removed from my credit reports immediately. Lastly, to add to all other violations, this company stated that they purchased this debt and my personal information ( violation ) at {$1800.00}. Anything over {$600.00}, by law ( IRS ), requires a XXXX to be issued to me and I would need to report this as income. This leads to form XXXX and tax fraud! By law, this can not be debt and income at the same time. Bureaus publication states income is not be reported at all.
