XXXX XXXX XXXX has been on my credit report for years for a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX, however, I notice that they keep re-aging the open date of the collection accounts causing this to never disappear from my credit report. I called the offices of XXXX XXXX XXXX and they immediately denied any wrongdoing after I advised them that re-aging collection accounts is a highly illegal practice. They agreed to send me any documentation in regard to the liability of the account as well as relevant collection information. The rep advised me that the service date was back in XXXX, but none of the collection account information is listed that far back, it's all new information from a few months ago and this information is inaccurate.
