My name is XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX. Last 4 of social security XXXX. This is a disputed Identify Theft and I have been on the phone with Discover Card for over 1.5 hours. During that time I was transferred from one person to the next, then waited for what seemed an eternity for next available agent. For 5 times, I was transferred then while on hold I finally was disconnected from Discover Card phone bank. Seems the discover card Fraud division has no clue how to get rolling on removing of the discrepancies and inquiries from my credit bureaus. This is totally unsatisfactory for any customer to be transferred this much. I have NOT done any business with Discover nor do I wish to.
