Starting to try to close account in which Commerce Bank will not because they say I need to use my reward statements. There is no possible way to contact any number to redeem my rewards ( i want placed toward my balance ) and all the numbers listed do not work or if someone answers they transfer to a line that does not work or have anyone to know how to handle. Days and hours have been spent trying a simple transaction and I believe it is a strategy design to not allow a consumer to close an account with them. Highly illegal and should be looked in to. I am a senior and I am being discriminated against and this bank has illegal practices.
