I have tried to submit these complaints seperately, taking my time as not to bundle everything together. I can not beleive these companies, especially XXXX are allowing this illegal activity to keep posting to my profile. They are not a bureau they are acting as such. I will not be calling anyone to dispute on the phone, like I attempted with XXXX, I provided detail after detail and they would not take the wrong accounts off my reports. This is getting out of control. I have submitted all my documents and identification for proof, even notarizing my license. Remove these accounts. this is illegal and you are allowing charged off accounts with 1099cs to repost as late. To whom It May Concern, I am writing to dispute the charge offs that have been placed on my credit report for the following account numbers : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. It is illegal to place a charge off on a report without first issuing a 1099-C to the debtor. Additionally, I have no knowledge of these accounts and did not enter into any contract with your company. I am also requesting that you remove and suppress any negative information and inquiries that are not attached to any accounts on my credit report. Furthermore, I am requesting that you update my credit report to accurately reflect across all credit bureaus.
