I had a medical crisis XX/XX/XXXX where I was unable to work, unable to pay bills, I paid off indigo credit card through Genesis financial on XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of {$770.00} through my bank account, however it's still shows it as a charge off and an unpaid balance and when I call two different numbers, one listed through credit bureaus and one on back of the card, it tells me I've been turned over to a collection agency and disconnects. I have filed disputes with all three credit bureaus who have been unable to resolve this. The fact is I paid this up on XX/XX/XXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX
