MIDLAND CREDI MANAGERMENT mailed a document dated XX/XX/XXXX, postmarked XX/XX/XXXX, and was received by me on XX/XX/XXXX requesting response 30 days from the date in the document. Despite only allowing for n official response in 15 days, per the request, an unrebutted response was mailed to MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT XX/XX/XXXX, and arrives at the po box on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX has no wet signature contract with MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, therefore, no debt owed. MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT has violated ( 17 C.F.R. 205, 18 U.S.C. 8, 12 U.S.C. 1955, 12 U.S.C. 1957, 15 U.S.C.77K, 15 U.S.C . 77w, 15 U.S.C 77x, 15 U.S.C. 77y, 15 U.S.C. 77q, 18 U.S.C. Ch 47, 18 U.S.C. 1911, 18 U.S.C. 1953, 18 U.S.C. 1957, 18 U.S.C. 1962, 18 U.S.C. 1963, 18 U.S.C. 2073, RICO Act, FCRA, FOIA, Securities Exchange Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C 1631, 15 U.S.C. 1637a ) among others.
