I moved from XXXX to XXXX. I started the process to get my car title transferred from Hyundai Motor Finance in XXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXX in Audubon so I could register my car in the state of Pennsylvania. I called Hyundai Motor Finance multiple times in XXXX and XXXX for updates on the title transfer process - each call an agent would tell me a different thing. Sometimes they said the process would be completed in a few business days, sometimes they said they were waiting on documents ( even though the documents were already sent and the Auto Tags location confirmed they received it ), sometimes they said they couldn't send the title because it wasn't a notary location ( XXXX XXXX XXXX is a notary location ). Hyundai Motor Finance would give me false timelines- they would say I would have an update in XXXX business days and I would call back in XXXX business days and they would say they have no updates and no information on when the title will be processed or when it will be sent. It is now the end of XXXX, I still do not have my title to complete my car registration in Pennsylvania, and I received a letter from the DMV that my current California car registration will be revoked and I will lose my license if the registration is not completed by the end of the month. I am at a loss here- I can not get someone from Hyundai Motor Finance to tell me a real timeline or what the hold up is. I'm given different information and timelines every time. They told me on XX/XX/XXXX that the title was printed and just needed to be sent via mail and will be completed in XXXX business days, but it still has not happened. I am going to lose my car registration and license because of their business incapabilities.
