I disputed a collection on my XXXX on XXXX. The debt collector sent a letter with private medical information, no written consent for them to have this, so they violated XXXX. I dont feel it was investigated, as I also included proof that the was in 2016 and its being reported as a new debt. I didnt know of this debt because I was covered by Medicaid, but found out they had my information incorrect, so it didnt cover this debt. I cant contact the original debtor because they no longer exist.
