This debt collector has impacted my credit score by making falsifed debt collection. Here is infomation about this company, XXXX XXXX MCA MANAGEMENT COMPANY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. This company has been calling and texting me nonstop for weeks, harrassing and threating me with text messages. When I tried to call them back using XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they ingored and hung up. They are very rude and bully. I will not answer their calls because I can not commuicate over the phone with XXXX, XXXX XXXX and so is my wife. Also this debt was over XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have talked to that medical company and they made a mistake and they still refused to correct their mistake since the balance was already paid off 4 years ago, they still send me a bill 4 years later and I refused to pay for it. This is unacceptable and I have very good credit record. Being XXXX is very difficult for me to commuicate with these people. I believe this should be waived and removed but both of them have pushed this negative report credit on my credit report. I have copied and paste below here from XXXX Credit Report.
