Transunion has still yet to remove XXXX XXXX from my credit file. Transunion did not investigate this account properly if so it would not still be on my credit file. At this point I feel as if Transunion is benefiting by keeping this account on my credit file. I am really upset and I will be filing a lawsuit. XXXX indicated on a reply back which included myself, transunion and consumer financial protection bureau that this account should not be reporting. I guess Transunion overlooked that document but at this point Transunion is liable and will pay for punitive damages.
