I submitted an FTC Identity theft report ( FTC report Number : XXXX ) to Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX in regards to 5 fraudulent accounts and 2 fraudulent inquiries that are reporting on my Equifax credit report. Equifax is not complying by the rules of the FCRA to disputed fraudulent accounts by not blocking this accounts and inquiries. Accounts are as follows : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
