Consumer Narrative

Hello, Please note, this is a follow complaint that I have filed between XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023. I do not wish to waste your valuable and respected time. However, I have found documented information that suggests that my contract has been breached and there has been evidence of predatory defaulting practices or starting to steer me into defaulting, refinancing, or bankruptcy which also suggests financial misconduct. I have attached new findings based on the refused credit card payment on XX/XX/2023 in which I had offered but was refused twice which triggered fees late my accounts on XX/XX/2023. First and Second complaint that I had filed on XX/XX/2023 & XX/XX/2023 : XXXX XXXX XXXX refused my payment of {$1400.00} or XXXX on XX/XX/2023 Representatives were not clear on what I owed I was asked to make a payment on the following week I called back as requested the following week and late fees were posted to my account in which it was around {$3400.00} Please note, I had already reported this to the CFPB Here are my new findings with supportive documentation : XX/XX/2023 statement indicates late fees would be added by the XXXX However, XX/XX/2023 late fees were added instead on the XXXX. Contract shows that late fees will not excessive based on the contract agreement I was billed {$3.00}, XXXX in late fees in which breaches the contract agreement indicating that fees should not exceed more than {$25.00} Since the late charges, I have been receiving harassing statements indicating that accounts will be reported to collections and credit agencies prior to the XX/XX/XXXX deadline. Also, on the XX/XX/2023 statement indicates that I was charged with variable rates when I have a contract agreement for fixed rate. You can see that payment of {$25.00} was required which is a fixed rate. My statements and past statements show that Sallie Mae has been charging me variable rates when I have always via contract, made an agreement to pay a fix rate amount which is {$25.00}. In which the organisation has always received my pay ahead amounts of {$25.00}. Another important finding : I have noted my phone call with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX when I spoke with XXXX XXXX no : XXXX in which she gave me specific instructions to call the resolution department which is XXXX to call between XXXX XXXX Monday thru Friday. It turns out XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX was looking to collect large sums of money in which she would have received a commission or was required to collect large payments based her role at Sallie Mae. I was billed for the late fees clearly when the XX/XX/2023 statement indicated that late fees would only apply by the XXXX. However, I was billed the late fees the week of the XXXX. Also, I was billed {$3400.00} instead of {$25.00} as the contract indicates. This was an attempt made by XXXX ref no : XXXX to make more money for commission or as a requirement in which this suggests the actions of the organisation and the rep were deliberately misleading and predatory. Best Regards XXXX XXXX
