Trans union LLC is still reporting unauthorized inquiries that was placed on my consumer profile with out my written permission. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and a new inquiry was just placed XX/XX/XXXX padio.. Its been over 60days of my trying to resolve this issue with TransUnion. Its on file with TransUnion that I was victim of my data being compromised. And TransUnion responses with a recent letter. Stating that my being a victim of identity theft. Does not apply to unauthorized hard inquiries that was placed on my trans union report. That was placed with out my written consent. I will be submitting TransUnions response letter to the states attorney office. And I did hire legal counsel regarding. The violations And laws trans union continuously. Continue to break and unfair credit reporting with disregard of the consumer non personal information. Who TransUnion never had the lawful authority to publish in the first place. With out my written consent
