Since I was adequately the noticed about the interest charges. I never enrolled for a Paperless statement, the system shows I am enrolled for paperless statement. Once I logged in online then only I was aware of the interest charges charged to my account. The interest was charged to my account on XX/XX/XXXX and I paid the balance in full on XX/XX/XXXX. Since I did not have knowledge about the finance charges I would request to waive the interest charges on my account. I paid the entire balance in full as soon as I realized the account is accruing interest. So I want to dispute the interest charges in my account. Also I paid all the remaining balance I was due within XXXX weeks of time, once I knew the balance in my account.
