I filed a fraud dispute with this company back in XXXX XXXX over the phone. I later found out that I needed to fill out a form and send it back to them. I did so in XXXX and they confirmed receipt and assigned it to Case ID / XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX, they finalized my case and it was denied, with no just cause ... Again, this was a FRAUD dispute. Meaning someone stole my card and used it without my permission. These clowns completely mishandled my claim.
