I spoke with a representative from Commenity bank on XX/XX/XXXX, the nearest business day they were opened after unable to reach them on Sunday XX/XX/XXXX. I expressed I wanted to pay my full balance and close my account. The representative gave met full balance ( XXXX ) which consisted of a charge of {$44.00} and I believe a late fee of {$40.00}. After paying I asked if my account was fully paid which I was assured was and asked to close the account. I have been charged a least 4 payments since then and being charged on a XXXX balance.
