I disputed XXXX Inquiries from XXXX Bank on my XXXX and Experian personal credit report in XX/XX/XXXX through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I received an update informing me that XXXX Bank was made aware of the fraudulent inquiries and that they would notify the major credit bureaus to have them removed. The following month XXXX removed the inquires ( with some follow up ) and honestly I forgot abt the inquiry on Experian. So today i noticed that the inquiry is still on my Experian report, so I called Experian today XX/XX/XXXX and explained the scenario and XXXX of their reps explained to me that despite successfully disputing the fraudulent inquiries including notification from XXXX Bank to remove the inquiry from my credit report... he read from some script why they wont do it.
