Consumer Narrative
Between XXXX and XXXX I had a checking account with Wells Fargo and they charged me overdraft fees to the point where my whole paycheck would be taken every XXXX weeks even without any transactions being made. I disputed the amounts and the customer service employees would laugh and hang up on me. I eventually went with another bank but this bank was horrible to work with.
