XXXX shows that on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I did not pay my car payment when in reality I did. The final week of XX/XX/XXXX, I made my car payment for XXXX, In XXXX of XXXX I made my car payment within the first week and within XXXX of XXXX I made two car payments for XXXX and XXXX. There were several times I asked for extensions due to illness which XXXX gladly gave me assuring me that an extension does not constitute none payment. There were also several times I paid XXXX to XXXX XXXX dollars more then my regular payment to pay ahead and to be current. XXXX has told me several times that I paid in full and that I have not paid late and that they would correct the mistake on my credit report. But this has not happened yet. In XXXX of XXXX XXXX tried to say i did not make a car payment which i did. i mailed the payment to them guaranteed check. they received it three days later but lied and said they did not. I made an XXXX car payment at that time as a result over the phone. two months later we found out from XXXX and the bank, that they did receive my may payment via guaranteed check. They applied and updated that payment and I asked them to please remove the delinquency from my credit report. They said they would but have since done it.
