When I called to make a payment I asked why it went up $ XXXX and never got a straight answer. On XX/XX/XXXX it went up to {$1700.00}. They keep raising my payments amounts and now it is at {$160.00} more per month. Im struggling to make these payments and every time I ask why or ask for help they give me the runaround and do not give me any solutions.
