Consumer Narrative
I was financing my XXXX XXXX XXXX with Wells Fargo and was having financial hardship they repossessed my vehicle for one late payment demanding total amount of loan amount left of about {$6600.00} after repossession and had about 8 months left on the loan terms and charged us with GAP Insurance while we had full auto coverage. I have been reimbursed in small increments for the GAP insurance but I truly believe that I qualify for payment on the unlawful repossession according to the most recent Wells Fargo Settlement.
