XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to Spring oaks capital and XXXX about fraudulent credit cards opened using my information I have yet to receive call email letter or text about the status of their investigation and try to remove fee of {$2000.00} opened with debt collector Spring Oaks Capital in XX/XX/2022. I have tried calling the respective agencies and have had no further update on the matter. I have tried filling police reports in XXXX XXXX where I live and in XXXX XXXX tn where the fraud address are located. The XXXX accounts do have phone number and emails attached to them that have been told to me but have not been written down
