I am trying to find out if my account from Wells Fargo was a part of the settlement for breaking federal consumer protection laws. I had an account from XXXX to XXXX. I have spoken to Wells Fargo today ( XXXX ) and they could not find my account number. Please be advise I lived at the address from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX with one of the co-signers on the mortgage loan ( XXXX XXXX ). We were divorced in XX/XX/XXXX and I kept the house. Please also note that XXXX and my parents, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX co-signed with XXXX, but I paid the mortgage the whole time we lived at the house. I was not able to sign onto the original mortgage due to a past bankruptcy, but a year later in XXXX I refinanced my parents off the loan and put my name on it and this is when Wells Fargo sold my mortgage to another company. Please have someone look into this matter to see if XXXX XXXX ( aka XXXX XXXX ) or my parents are eligible for the proceeds of the lawsuit.
