On XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX I deposited around {$1500.00} into the ATM at this WF branch. Ive been making deposits in this machine for 10 years with no issue. During the deposit, the machine beeps and shows a message that says, you have canceled this transaction and then says retrieve deposited items. The problem here, which is on camera, is I never hit any buttons to cancel the deposit and the money I put in was never spit out for me to retrieve. I went inside and waiting for 40 minutes to talk to somebody who said we dont monitor the atm call this 1-800 number and theyll fix it. 40 more minutes later of blaring hold music later i state my case and give details. 2 weeks later I get a provisional deposit, 2 days after my paternity leave started the money was withdrawn with no warning and then I get a letter in the mail saying I never made any deposit. Ive called to dispute the investigation, to appeal the decision, and have spoken to multiple XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. Im on camera making a deposit in the machine and leaving without a receipt or money coming back out of the machine.
