There is an inaccurate account on my credit reports with SAFCO that I have been disputing for some time now. I sent them a letter in the mail asking for validation of debt and have never heard back or received anything back from them in the mail. It is illegal to ignore a consumers requests and disputes for accounts on their credit report. It is also illegal to report account without valid proof and documents showing that this debt belongs to me. Please delete this account from my reports now.
