On XXXX of 2008 at around XXXX i tried to withdraw {$400.00} from my Wells Fargo account at a Wells Fargo ATM located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX California XXXX. The ATM did not give me the money and the {$400.00} we're still debited from my account. I would have spoken to a banker at the moment but the bank was closed, so I went in the next business day only to be mistreated and called a " scammer '' and a " thief '' by the bank manager who didn't even give me a chance to talk to her about what had happened, a banker told her what I was there for. She told security to escort me out of the branch. On my own I figured I should call Wells Fargo customer support, I did but they needed a receipt of the transaction... and so it never got resolved.
