Dear sir or madam, I notified XXXX credit report bureau regarding, why my car loan payment, was not being recorded no more and they advise me to notified my lender XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXXAnd I did that, but after the dispute for some strange reason they deleted my file do to the dispute rended, my credit score fell by XXXX points even thou i ve being paying my car loan for the past 2 years on time and it was being recorded every month.Now my credit score fell to XXXX from XXXX, I never aspked the lender to delete my file, they accused me that my dispute cause them to delete my file very rude people, advise me to get a credit advisor .I 'm still making on time payments they refuse to reinstate my file need your help on this thanks
