I opened a checking account with Wells Fargo, and i wanted todeposit acheck that was in my name.. They said i could come back next day to withdraw some money out.. Myself n daughter n her friend went back next day in afternoon to withdraw cash out, after doing so we ate lunch n got a text message from bank saying it was fraud and the bank froze my account .. Didnt rexieve a debit card in for like 5-7 days from them.. I was told to call this number about this fraud that appeared on text messages .. We called the number n was put on hold for long tome .. We ended up going back to Wells Fargo and to ask questions of the text message i had gotten.. The bank looked at the text messagges on my cell n then looked at each other ( Tellers ) then said we cant do nothing cause the text nessage had froze your account. Told them i just opened one account yesterday n now you freeze my account? Let me have my mkney i told them .. they refused saying my account of new was frozen.. I called the same number on text i recieved day before n the fraud number i called they had said j had no fraudelant on my account i just opened two days before n yet bank lied said my account was frozen whdn it was not. Then i got my card in mail debit card fromwells fargo, had went to XXXX to huy food n stuff for my daughter, again wells fargo had froze my card saying it was fraudelant n called the njmber once again from first fraud message n guy told me my accojnt will be closed by XX/XX/ 2022.. They made me feellike i was criminal and had no fraud on my account whatso dver.. I went into bank wells fargo n withdrew all my cadh i depiosited nclosed my account after breakibg down feeling like i was some kknd of criminal .. Never again with this bank Wells Fargo XXXX They also said once
